Get tips for developing – and keeping – healthy habits in 2026

Take steps toward a healthy 2026 by participating in January’s free Walk With a Doc event at Brookgreen Gardens. 

Dr. Marie Hulsey with Tidelands Health Family Medicine at Georgetown will offer practical tips to help you develop – and keep – habits that support your overall health. 

Walk With a Doc is set for Saturday, Jan. 24, at 10 a.m. at Brookgreen Gardens. Registration is free and covers admission to Brookgreen Gardens that morning. 

The event is limited to 50 participants. Pre-registration is required.
