These Sauces will be used to enhance 2 Seafood Dishes and 2 Non-Seafood Dishes. Classes are held in our professional teaching kitchens at the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach. Mandatory Temp Screening and Self Check health survey will be done each day on each student.
