Tidelands Health honored for supportive workplace environment 

Tidelands Health has again earned accolades for fostering a workplace environment focused on the well-being of employee partners. 

Gallagher, a global HR and business consulting firm, recently named the not-for-profit health system a top employer for workplace culture and recognized Tidelands Health as a repeat winner in the firm’s annual High Performance Employer awards.  

To earn a top employer award, Tidelands Health demonstrated a focus on creating a supportive workplace culture through a wellness program for employee partners, opportunities for input and feedback through regular workforce surveys, a comprehensive communications strategy and robust benefits.
