Dr. Susanne G. Bently, DO, FASM, Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine is not just a new addition to the Careteam Plus team, but our new Chief Medical Officer as well.  A passionate advocate for people-first, compassionate care, Dr. Bently is deeply committed to our non-profit mission and advancing patient-centered health care. Now accepting new patients.  

For over 30 years, Careteam Plus has proudly served our community as a nonprofit, community health center.  We provide quality, affordable care to everyone, regardless of the ability to pay.  In 2018, Careteam Plus became a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LAL), deepening our commitment to serve all individuals with dignity compassion, and respect.
