Board-certified orthopedic surgeon joins Tidelands Health  

A board-certified orthopedic surgeon has joined Tidelands Health and is accepting new patients. 

Dr. Robert Elvington provides care and treatment for a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including fractures, bursitis, carpal tunnel, rotator cuff repair, shoulder instability, tennis elbow and more. He performs a variety of procedures, including knee replacement surgery. 

He sees patients at Tidelands Health Orthopedics at Georgetown, 606 Black River Road. 

Dr. Elvington earned his medical degree and completed his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed a fellowship at Insall Scott Kelly Institute. 

He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
