Board-certified cardiologist joins growing Tidelands Health practice 

A board-certified cardiologist has joined Tidelands Health and is accepting new patients. 

Dr. Eugene Nwosu provides care and treatment for a range of heart and vascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, hypertension and more. He provides general and non-invasive cardiology services including stress tests, echocardiograms and nuclear cardiology.  

Dr. Nwosu sees patients at Tidelands Health Cardiology at The Market Common, 2200 Crow Lane in Myrtle Beach. 

He is certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He also is certified in nuclear cardiology by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. 

He earned his medical degree from University of Ibadan Medical School in Nigeria, completed a residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago and completed a fellowship at University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics. In addition to English, he is fluent in Igbo.
