Yoga In the Garden allows visitors to experience Brookgreen in a unique way, connecting the body, mind and spirit in the tranquil setting of beautiful Brookgreen Gardens.

This Hatha-based practice is ideal for anyone who enjoys the opportunity to move one’s body in an outdoor setting, breathe deeply and simply feel better. Move through a series of gentle standing and seated yoga poses and guided breathing techniques to increase flexibility and mobility, decompress and calm the mind in the Palmetto Garden.

Yoga In the Garden is open to all levels, and no prior experience is required. Participants should bring their own yoga mat, water bottle and any props, such as straps or blocks.
