St. James Health & Wellness Back to School Health Fair

Join St. James Health & Wellness as we celebrate National Health Center Week! This year we are having a Back to School Extravaganza for the kids in Georgetown, Berkeley, and Charleston counties. This will be a stupendous event, with many giveaways, free school supplies, food trucks, free health screenings, fun for the kids, and more.
