South Carolina Arts Commission Spotlight Tour in Georgetown! This Spotlight Tour is a valuable opportunity for visual and performance artists, arts businesses, and nonprofit organizations in the tri-county area to meet with key SCAC staff, ask questions, and learn more about programs and grant opportunities.
