10:00 AM - 12:30 PM ESTRegistration for the Polar Plunge begins at 10:00 am, followed by a Costume Contest and Awards at 11:00 am and the Plunge starts at 11:30 am.

Sheriff Carter Weaver and the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office invite you to the Sixth Annual Georgetown County Polar Plunge to raise funds for Special Olympics South Carolina! As part of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Torch Run campaign, 100% of the funds raised directly benefit Special Olympics programs in South Carolina.
By taking the plunge, participants are creating more opportunities for athletes with intellectual disabilities to experience the life-changing benefits of participating in Special Olympics — all at no cost to themselves or their families.
