Description
1st Thursday at the Waccamaw Neck Branch Library presents "Building Futures: Georgetown County's Reentry Services Program". Jonathan Branch serves as Coordinator for Georgetown County's Reentry Services Program, which helps prison inmates earn certification in high-demand trades. Over the past 15 years, the program has produced over 300 graduates with a recidivism rate of under 1 percent.
