Description

Limited to 30. Guided by Pawleys Island local Sharon Stollenmaier ERYT 200, participants will spend the day outdoors beginning with a yoga class led by Yogi Sharon at the Fountain Courtyard. Followed by a short meditation, journals will be provided for writing or drawing. After a picnic lunch, we will explore the amazing flora and fauna of the preserve by bike or on a hike.

Participants should bring a lunch, water bottle, and yoga mat or beach towel. Wear good shoes for walking. There will be a 10 minute walk to the yoga location. After yoga, we will eat lunch and then we will depart for a bike ride or hike. Bikes and helmets supplied by the preserve.
