Description
Walking in the woods at Black River Cypress Preserve in winter is magical! And less buggy. Guided by a BRCP employee, participants will hike a portion of the Preserve and visit some of the diverse ecosystems it has to offer! Fresh water swamps and upland forests await those who want to explore by foot. This 2.5 hour event will cover about 3 miles of either crushed granite or grassy trails. Bring your own water, wear sturdy shoes, and dress for the weather in comfortable layers.
