Description
On this Valentine's Day let nature steel your heart! Guided by a Black River Cypress Preserve employee, participants will be hiking on the newest trail system at the preserve, The Peninsula Tract off of Hammock Road. Guests will visit this beautiful hardwood swamp along the Black River, exploring by foot. This 2.5 hour event will cover 2 to 3 miles of either crushed limestone or grassy trails with plenty of rest stops along the way. Bring your own water, wear good shoes, and dress for the weather in comfortable layers.
