There will be main course stations: slow roasted prime rib with au jus horseradish and rolls\; bourbon-glazed ham made to order with omelets and eggs\; cooked to order beef tenderloin tips and grilled chicken breasts. Desserts will include a full array of assorted pies and cakes with an ice cream bar.
