January 27, 2020 For Immediate Release--Surfside Beach SC.

Champion Autism Network is excited to announce the Ryan Korros Team of RE/MAX Southern Shores is the first CAN certified autism friendly real estate team in the area.  CAN works with businesses to identify ways that they can provide services and accommodations to support people with autism and their families.

Becky Large, Executive Director of Champion Autism Network states, “we are thrilled to have the support of the Ryan Korros Team including team members Ryan Korros, Bobbei Ruswinckel and Curt Weeks. They came to us with a willingness and plan to serve our families. Having supportive, aware community members ready to serve our families is thrilling and an absolute blessing.”

“The Ryan Korros Team is honored and excited to be working with CAN,” states Ryan Korros. “Autism
awareness and acceptance is near and dear to us--our team and families are affected and influenced by
autism. We wanted to become certified to create a better real estate experience for families with autism. As REALTORS, we know that the decision to buy or sell your home is life changing. When you are a family with autism, that change and decision can be so daunting, you may not even consider the options and opportunities. We want to cater to these families needs so that they are able to have the highest quality of life and the lifestyle they deserve. The experience will be low stress, with understanding, and the acceptance & awareness they expect as a CAN member. The certification program teaches us exactly what to do to make this happen!”

In addition to attending the autism awareness seminar, the Ryan Korros Team has committed to
a custom-tailored experience and action plan for all clients. This will include as much time as needed during consultations and showings, attention to specific needs of the autistic family member to avoid triggers and the convenience of a team member coming to the client when possible for the convenience of the family.

For buyer clients, they will include up to a $500 service of choice to assist with the transition into the new
home. This could be a home warranty, cleaning service or movers and will be determined based on the
    property and family needs.

For the seller client, they will include up to a $500 service of choice to assist in preparing the home for the selling process. This could be an organizing/cleaning service, storage or handyman and will be determined based on the property and family needs.
