News for Immediate Release: Board-certified hematology, oncology specialist joins Tidelands Health Cancer Care Network
A board-certified physician specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and blood diseases has joined the Tidelands Health Cancer Care Network and is accepting new patients.
Dr. Jeffrey Cronk is seeing patients at Tidelands Health Oncology at Myrtle Beach, 1220 21^st Avenue North. He provides care and treatment of a variety of oncology and hematology conditions, including benign hematologic disorders, coagulation disorders, tumors and cancers, as well as leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma and bone marrow disorders.
Dr. Cronk earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed an internal medicine residency and a fellowship in hematology-oncology at the University of Virginia School of Medicine.
He is certified in internal medicine, oncology and hematology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
