The U.S. Department of Labor released final regulations related to the Fair Labor Standards Act that will significantly affect which employees are eligible for overtime. The new rule takes effect December 1, 2016.
The focus of this workshop is to provide you with the tools and knowledge to evaluate, plan and execute the new FLSA Overtime rule, from a legal perspective.
Tom Winslow of the Goldfinch-Winslow Law Firm will present. Attorney Thomas W. Winslow is a founding partner of Goldfinch Winslow, LLC in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.
